Took Fairmont Heritage Place from the original concept to 76 sales in the first year, 94 sales in the second year and 106 in the third year, selling out successfully exceeding industry records with Owner's who include some of the wealthiest and most respected individuals in Mexico City. Conducted Focus Groups and Beta Test, responsible for product design, sales & marketing strategy plan, sales presentation, collateral's, legal documents, provided hands on management of sales and marketing teams, organized PR and events, all leading to the projects overall success.
Achieved unexpected results for a developer in Dubai, Fairmont Heritage Place, Kingdom of Sheba, by drastically increasing their private residence club sales in a mixed use environment. Developer had achieved 65 private residence club sales previously in 10 months, and after consultation on product placement and training achieved over 100 sales in 2.5 months. These were sold in conjunction with 558 Fairmont Palm Jumeriah Residences.
